  • To be eligible for a refund, a customer must have completed payments for at least two subscription periods (ie. two months or two quarters).

    Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of the latest payment to receive a refund for that payment.

    All disputes should first be resolved directly with us. Any individual who disputes payment without contacting us first will be permanently banned from using any of our services.

    Initiating a payment dispute immediately results in permanent loss of access to this product, even if the dispute is later resolved or reversed.

    • sales & trading jobs

    • global macro jobs

    • manager selection jobs at pension fund, endowment, sovereign wealth, etc.

    Most equity research jobs, buy-side or sell-side, are in-person at least 5 days a week.

    Many of the IR jobs are fully remote or hybrid.

  • No, but we try our best to figure out who the hiring Analyst is.

    For example, we can be wrong when:

    • The Senior Analyst has just left the firm

    • When multiple Analysts cover the same sector, which happens the most in biotech and REITs

    • A firm is hiring for a sector which there is a new Analyst but hasn’t launched, so there is no public info on who that he/she is.

  • Each product stands on its own and is available only to those who purchase that specific offering. Access to one does not include access to others.

  • It fluctuates, but roughly 30% / 70% hedge fund / long-only

    Most of the jobs on our board are public on the internet. If a buy-side job is not publicized, we are confident it’s not showing up in any job board on the internet - recruiters own those leads.
